Nate’s path to the present has had some twists, but he is grateful for every turn.

Nate was born in Riverside, California, but moved to Papillion, Nebraska before he was 3 years old.  So, he considers himself to be from Nebraska and is, of course, a Cornhusker fan!
He has been a performer his whole life - beginning as a "song-and-dance-man" on home videos as a kid. He began studying the piano at age 5, the clarinet at age 10, and taught himself guitar in high school.  Also in high school, he performed in plays and drama competitions, and in college he continued to sing, dance, and perform in student productions and with the university theater.  However, for the 9 years following his graduation from college, he used his degree and worked as a registered nurse in several different specialities, including Emergency/Trauma.  He also had the opportunity to teach middle and high school classes at an international school for one year.
Nate’s love for artistic expression and telling stories never left him.  After a job opportunity presented itself, the doors were opened for him to take a path that he always considered, but never allowed himself to pursue.  He moved to Los Angeles, and began working in TV production and acting.  He has now worked as a production team member on several TV shows (Netflix, truTV, Bravo!, Nat Geo Wild, Food Network, Paramount), and as a producer, writer, and actor on truTV’s comedy, Hack My Life. Last year, he had the privilege of acting in an indie horror comedy feature. And this past summer, he returned to musical theater, performing in Hamilkong: An American Parody, at this year’s Hollywood Fringe Festival!
Dream roles for Nate would be as a comedic medical professional, a witty sci-fi, or an epic western... Or he could just write a show that combines all three of those. So he did.
